I am Dave Hodges and with over 10 years in the health and fitness industry as a Personal Trainer in Bristol, I have helped literally hundreds of people lose weight, tone up, review their diet and eating habits and feel great about themselves. However, I am a  firm believer that you get out what you put in when it comes to your health so please don't expect me to do all the work for you!

To safeguard your peace of mind and to guarantee the service and expertise that I offer, I am a  Level 3 member on the Register of Exercise Professionals.

The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) has been set up to help safeguard and to promote the health and interests of people who are using the services of personal trainers and fitness instructors, teachers and trainers. The Register uses a process of self-regulation that recognizes industry-based qualifications, practical competency, and requires exercise professionals and personal trainers to work within a Code of Ethical Practice. Members of the Register are given a card and registration certificate to prove their qualification and membership. Also known as the Exercise Register it operates in the UK and across the world to recognize personal achievement and competencies of qualified exercise professionals.

My personal training knowledge level is not only based on my experience in  the fitness industry and as a personal trainer but is underpinned by  an honours degree in Sports Science, a Masters degree in Exercise and Health Science, Fitness Instructor Awards from the BDFPA and BAWLA, and a Diploma in Sports Psychology.
